If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Ashby_heights.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Ashby_heights we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
