If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Alexandria_square.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Alexandria_square we can nail down the actual value of your property.
