If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Alexandria_overlook.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Alexandria_overlook we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
