If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Abingdon Row.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment.
