We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Yates_Gardens.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
