If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Washington_Square.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Washington_Square we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
