If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in The_Olympus.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in The_Olympus we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
