If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in The_Duke.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in The_Duke we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
