If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Surrey_At_Manchester_Lakes.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Surrey_At_Manchester_Lakes we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
