If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Sentinel_of_Landmark.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Sentinel_of_Landmark we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
