If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in River_Bend_Estates.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in River_Bend_Estates we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
