If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Queens_Row.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Queens_Row we can nail down the retail value of your property.
