If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Parker Gray.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental.
