We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Olympus.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Olympus we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
