If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Olde_Mill.
The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Olde_Mill we will help determine the actual value of your property.
