If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Lukens_Farm.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Lukens_Farm we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
