We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Lofts.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Lofts we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
