If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Lincolnia_Heights.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Lincolnia_Heights we can nail down the actual value of your property.
