If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Layne_Estates.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Layne_Estates we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
