If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Island_Creek.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Island_Creek we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
