If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Hunting_Creek.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Hunting_Creek we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
