If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Hollin_Hills.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Hollin_Hills we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
