If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Heritage_Hill.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Heritage_Hill we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
