If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Grove_At_Huntley_Meadows.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Grove_At_Huntley_Meadows we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
