If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Franconia_Village.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Franconia_Village we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
