If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Elmwood_Manor.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Elmwood_Manor we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
