If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Eisenhower.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Eisenhower we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
