If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Echowood.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Echowood we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
