If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Deer_Run_Crossing.
The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
