If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in College_Park.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in College_Park we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
