If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Beverly_Park.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Beverly_Park we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
