Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Beauregard_Manor.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Beauregard_Manor we will help determine the actual value of your home.
