Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Beaumont.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Beaumont we can help determine the market value of your property.
