If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Alexandria_Knolls_West.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Alexandria_Knolls_West we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
