If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Alexandria_House.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Alexandria_House we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
