If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Abingdon_Row.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Abingdon_Row we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
