If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in 4600 Duke.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in 4600 Duke we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
