If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in 1600 Prince Street.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in 1600 Prince Street we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
