If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Autumn_Chase_Hunt.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Autumn_Chase_Hunt we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
