One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Westgate.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Westgate we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
