If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Vauxcleuse.
The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Vauxcleuse we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
