If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Duke_garden.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Duke_garden we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
