If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pinecrest.
The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Pinecrest we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
