During the lease term in Raven Oaks

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental home in Raven Oaks, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some solid reasons to go into rental home are to:

- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Raven Oaks.
