During the lease term in Buck Hill Development

During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Buck Hill Development, the renter must allow us to go into the rental property. Some good reasons to go into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Buck Hill Development. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
