During the lease term in Buck Hill Development

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Buck Hill Development, the renter must allow us to go into the rental property. Some good reasons to go into rental are to:

- Perform maintenance or decorate,
- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Buck Hill Development. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
