During the lease term in Lake Ridge
During lease, the rental home belongs to the renter we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Lake Ridge, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some good reasons to go into rental property are to:
- Inspect the rental home,
- Make repairs or alterations,
- Supply necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Lake Ridge. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
