During the lease term in Whitacre
During lease, the rental belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Whitacre, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental are to:

- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Whitacre.
