During the lease term in Donna Lee Gardens

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Donna Lee Gardens, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some solid reasons to go into rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Donna Lee Gardens. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
