During the lease term in Hampton_forest

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Hampton_forest, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Provide required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Hampton_forest. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
