During the lease term in Hampton_forest

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Hampton_forest, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to access rental property are to:

- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Hampton_forest. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
