During the lease term in Grays_pointe
During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental property in Grays_pointe, the tenant must allow us to access the rental home. Some valid reasons to come into rental are to:
- Inspect the rental home,
- Make repairs or decorate,
- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Grays_pointe. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
